Tout a commencé quand Christophe Bouet, bricoleur du dimanche, en a eu assez des robinets impossibles à poser seul et qui lâchent au bout de six mois.

Il a créé Robinet Signature pour que chacun puisse équiper sa salle de bain sans plombier, sans galère et sans mauvaise surprise.

Questions Fréquentes

Pour la robinetterie apparente, aucune compétence particulière n'est requise. La pose est simple et rapide. La plupart de nos clients installent leur robinet en moins d'une heure.

Nous choisissons des matériaux de qualité, parce qu'un robinet qui tient dans le temps n'a pas de prix. Inox véritable, cartouche céramique longue durée, finitions résistantes à l'usage quotidien.

Nos finitions colorées sont appliquées par procédé PVD. Résultat : elles ne s'écaillent pas et résistent au calcaire comme le chrome standard. Un chiffon doux et de l'eau suffisent pour l'entretien.

Notre SAV est joignable par téléphone avec un interlocuteur dédié. En cas de défaut avéré : remplacement ou remboursement, sans vous renvoyer vers un fabricant tiers.

Chaque article est soigneusement emballé avec protections et calages intérieurs. Vous recevez un numéro de suivi dès l'expédition. Si un produit arrivait endommagé, contactez-nous sous 48h, nous organisons le remplacement sans délai.
